Steps to Eliminate Bullying and More

Posted by:

Bullying. Information about how to effectively deal with bullying seems to be all over the place. Individuals and organizations have a range of opinion from “suck it up” to “do nothing, it’s not your fault.”

The answer usually lies in the middle. Bullying behavior is inappropriate. And the victim of bullying is responsible for their own feelings. Passing laws does not educate people about inappropriate behavior. And since bullying is subjective, no person’s bully is simply an obnoxious blow-hard to another.

When you sign up to learn the 2 Factors Essential to Your Safety, you gain access to a Special Report; “7 Effective Ways to Deal with Bullies.”

And what of the alleged Target of bullying. I did not use the word ‘victim’ intentionally. Are they responsible for their emotions? What advice or guidance are they receiving to effectively deal with bullies? Not addressing their actions enables their negative response to inappropriate behavior. Remember, other people’s opinions of you are none of your business. And you can’t be bullied without your consent.

These are tough questions for both sides of the debate. I’d like to see more empowerment of the target and not just enabling of a victim mindset.
