The dangers of Cyberbullying are presented very effectively in this video from Childnet International. While it seems their solution is to arrest the children involved, I do not think that to be an adequate response.
Making bullying or cyberbulling illegal is a flawed response. Bullying or cyberbullying by definition is subject to the interpretation of the target. It won’t be too long before we see an explosion of accusations of ‘bullying.’
